Article 3 – Applicability
These conditions apply to all agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer. The text of these conditions is made available before entering into the agreement.

Article 4 – The Offer
- Duration and conditions are specified.
- The offer is non-binding and can be changed.
- Description of products/services is accurate.
- Images are indicative.
- Clear information about consumer rights and obligations.
- Information about price, costs, payment method, etc.
- Any sizes, colors, materials are mentioned.

Article 5 – The Agreement
- Comes into effect upon acceptance by the consumer and meeting conditions.
- Confirmation of electronic acceptance.
- Appropriate measures for secure transfer and payment.
- Examination of consumer's payment obligations.
- Possible rejection or special conditions with a justified investigation.
- Providing information to the consumer.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
- Consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the product.
- Handle the product with care during the cooling-off period.
- Consumer notifies withdrawal in writing within 14 days.
- Return within 14 days after withdrawal.
- Return shipping costs borne by the consumer.
- At Urban Aesthetics, we understand that you want to be satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that promotional products cannot be returned. Promotional products are special offers, discounts, or temporary deals that are not eligible for returns.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
- Consumer pays return costs.
- Entrepreneur reimburses the amount within 14 days after withdrawal.

Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
- Exclusion in specific cases, clearly stated in the offer.

Article 9 – The Price
- Prices remain fixed during the validity of the offer.
- Variable prices possible with market fluctuations.
- Clear mention of prices including VAT.
- No liability for printing and typographical errors.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
- Products comply with the agreement and specifications.
- Warranty does not affect legal rights.
- Report defects within 14 days of delivery.

Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
- Delivery at the specified address.
- Execution of the order within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
- Consumer has the right to terminate in case of delay or impossible delivery.
- Substitute item in case of impossible delivery.

Article 12 – Continuing Performance Contracts: Duration, Termination, and Extension
- Termination in agreements for an indefinite/definite period.
- No automatic renewal in specific agreements.
- Termination periods in accordance with agreed rules.

Article 13 – Payment
- Payment within 7 working days after the cooling-off period.
- In case of default, reasonable costs will be charged.

Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
- Submit complaints within 7 days.
- Entrepreneur responds within 14 days.
- Dispute resolution applies to unresolved complaints.

Article 15 – Disputes
- Dutch law applies to agreements.
- Disputes fall under dispute resolution."
